Just Kaeding defeated Call of Booty

Just Kaeding got their biggest win of the season in week 12 as they clinched a playoff berth with a 154.42 to 128.46 win. They moved to a comfortable 8-4 record and are almost assured o a second place finish. As for Call of Booty they fell to 6-6 with the loss and now sit in a tie for 5^th with 3 other teams. The loss was key as only the top 6 make the postseason. There is no margin for error anymore in this league.

Virginia Charger Fan defeated Phil’s p-hoes

In a critical clash between two playoff hopeful teams Virginia Charger Fan crushed Phil’s p-hoes 154.10 to 86.58. Coming into the week both teams were deadlocked at 6-5 and in the thick of the playoff hunt and now Virginia sits 1 game ahead with just 1 week remaining.

Critical Week 13 Games

Call of Booty (6-6) vs. The Assassins (5-7)

In by far the most important matchup of the week two desperate teams separated by just one game go head to head. Call of Booty can almost assure a top 6 finish if they win however a loss could create plenty of interesting tie breaking scenarios. The Assassins are even more desperate as they sit at 5-7 and absolutely must win this week and get a bit of help if they hope to reach the postseason.

Call of Booty will have some interesting decisions this weekend as one of their starting QBs, Ben Roethlisberger has been in a walking boot all week and is going up the Baltimore defense on Sunday, while Jon Kitna has been incredibly hot the last 3 weeks. In addition to the QB situation they will have to decide how to replace RB Frank Gore who is out for the season and if they will trust WR Steve Johnson again after his critical drop last weekend.

For The Assassins the biggest question will be whether to play explosive wide receiver Mike Wallace after his dismal 3 catch, 33 yard performance last Sunday. Out of Marques Colston, Wes Welker and Wallace the Assassins will have to choose just 2 of them.

Predictions

With just one week separating us from the playoffs, two teams have secured the coveted byes. Raider Nation will be first and Just Kaeding has locked up second spot. Virginia Charger Fan has the easiest road to the 3^rd seed as they just need to defeat the 4-8 Destroyers which it looks like they will do. Phil’s p-hoes is almost assured a victory as they go up against the worst team in the league in the 1-11 Agustin. When it is all said and done the playoff picture could look something like this.
