Taking Talents to South Beach Week 12 Report

By Colin Thompson
IGoodInMyOtherLeague vs. iShouldBe7and1
IGoodInMyOtherLeague was dealt a huge blow this week in losing Frank Gore and Adrian Peterson early to injuries. Any hope they had of winning this week was dashed on Monday night with the loss of Gore. The resulting 92.52 to 75.54 victory for iShouldBe7and1 moved both teams to 6-6 records and tied for 4th place with 4 other teams. With Gore out for the season IGoodInMyOtherLeague might need to look to the waiver wire or to their bench if they hope to make the playoffs. Of the 4 teams tied at 6-6 only 3 will qualify for the playoffs so these two teams in particular need to scramble in order to ensure they make it.

Favre’s Huge Cock vs. Hochuli’s Biceps
Hochuli’s Biceps got a much needed win over Favre’s Huge Cock to move into the deadlock at 6-6. They can thank Dwayne Bowe for his 44.5 points that were by far the most from either team. Favre’s Huge Cock lost by just 2.8 points and can blame the loss on the lack of production from Philip Rivers. In an uncharacteristic performance Rivers only managed 8.1 points which killed any chance of Favre’s Huge Cock from taking home the victory. Still at 8-4 they are ready for the playoffs and are looking strong going into them.

Moaning Sloths vs. Malken
Moaning Sloths lost yet again, this time to Malken. They have now fallen to 3-9 and have no shot at qualifying for the playoffs this season. As for Malken, they were powered by an unbelievable performance from running back Peyton Hillis who scored 40.4 points after getting 3 touchdowns. It certainly doesn’t help Moaning Sloths case that they have gotten very little out of QB Matt Schaub and WR Brandon Marshall, two guys that they needed to perform well this year in order to make some noise. Malken is sitting in a nice spot at 7-5 and is looking at a playoff spot most likely. Peyton Hillis and Rashard Mendenhall give them one of the strongest running games in the entire league.

The 69ers vs. Free17LetHimBallOut
The 69ers endured a crushing defeat 109.88 to 72.44 to drop to 5-7 putting them behind the 8 ball to get into the playoffs. They will need much more out of Terrell Owens and Cedric Benson next week if they hope to get into the postseason. It also wouldn’t hurt if Vincent Jackson’s calf injury wasn’t going to keep him out of this upcoming week. Free17LetHimBallOut remains tied for the league lead at 8-4 and has already clinched a playoff berth. Kyle Orton and Calvin Johnson were stars again for them last week scoring 31.88 and 17.6 points respectively. They will need to remain hot if they hope to do some damage in the coming weeks.

LaFlammaBlanca vs. Sneezin&Coughlin
In a matchup of two desperate teams LaFlammaBlanca knocked off Sneezin&Coughlin 147.26 to 87.34 to move to 5-7 while Sneezin&Coughlin fell to 6-6. Aaron Rodgers, Brandon Lloyd and Jamaal Charles all had some late game heroics that helped secure the win for LaFlammaBlanca. Meanwhile Sneezing&Coughlin fell victim to one of the worst outings of the year for Chris Johnson and Mike Wallace who netted just 6.5 points combined. This week is a must win for both teams with the playoffs just one week away.
